Dave Trained our Entire Team of 250!
I have had the opportunity and the pleasure of hearing Dave Anderson’s message on several occasions and I have never been disappointed. He has an incredible way of engaging his audience, through humor and matter-of-fact analogies to help to get his point across. Not only is Dave’s message compelling, but the delivery of his message is so dynamic. As the President of a dealership with 250 employees, I really wanted each team member to get the same benefit I did from hearing the message straight from the source. We recently worked with Dave and his team, who were so accommodating in tailoring the presentation to speak directly to every person that works at the dealership, from the lot personnel through management.
It took two days to get our entire team through the program, but it was one of the best investments of time and training dollars we have ever made. We have heard nothing but positive feedback from our team. Dave has gone above and beyond our expectations; to help keep the momentum, he provided us with follow up materials to use with our team. We look forward to bringing Dave back in the near future.

A Home Run!

Just read the January "Leading at the Next Level" newsletter and it was a Home Run. We will talk about Investing more in Human Capital at our manager meeting tomorrow and I am going to use the "Four P's" at our next sales meeting to motivate our sales people to sell more cars and make more money.

DVD Rocks Management Team!
I must say, your December 2010: Management DVD of the Month, "How to Overcome the Six Temptations of Successful Organizations!," rocked the socks off my leadership team; in fact, it re-ignited the passion in my sales manager to such a degree she almost cried as she jotted down note after note.
Today, weeks later, she confessed to me that has a renewed faith in JESUS, her position and in taking care of herself by eating right....i asked her what jolted this renewed passion...and she said it started with YOUR DVD! Praise GOD Dave....good job!

In 2003 all of our managers read "Up Your Business" and in 2004 began attending Dave's workshops. All of our Managers and "High Potentials" attend as a group every year.
