For over 50 years, we've developed our own unique Galpin training programs internally and they've worked very well for us. However, we have always been open to new ideas and continually search for better ways of doing things. The past year we decided to augment our training programs and brought on Dave Anderson to work with our managers. It was the right decision. Dave is superb! He is a different type of trainer in that his expertise in both the automobile business and training field enables him to relate to all of our people in useful, practical ways. Dave renews our dedication to the fundamental issues in the car business with ideas that are not easily forgotten. Our managers embrace his leadership training skills and look forward to future sessions.
