I HAVE BEEN IN THE RETAIL BUSINESS FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS...WE TAKE TRAINING VERY SERIOUSLY ....I READ A LOT OF BOOKS TO MOTIVATE ME TO HELP DEVELOPING MY PEOPLE..SERIOUSLY, DAVE ANDERSON'S BOOKS ALWAYS PUTS A FIRE IN ME THAT DIRECTS ME AND MY CREW TO NEW HEIGHTS...I LOVE HIS CD'S /HIS INTERNET SITE AND ALL HIS TRAINING MATERIALS , AS THEY ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH NO GIMMICS OR GET RICH QUICK SCHEMES..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ..
