The Mills Automotive Group has been actively learning and growing from Dave Anderson's seminars, training DVD's, books, and various resources for well over a year now! Dave Anderson is an amazing, charismatic, and motivational individual with remarkable character and integrity that he lives out in his own life daily! He also has this truly genuine desire to want to help develop other people's character, integrity, and abilities in order for them to achieve better results in every aspect of their lives. Dave has this tremendous ability to lead, and to teach and coach leadership, in a way that is extremely engaging. I have been inspired greatly, and thus I have personally and professionally grown significantly from all of Dave's trainings! My team of 30 plus managers have also been actively engaged in, and growing from, all of Dave's trainings as well! We have all been motivated to see ourselves, our customers, and our potential in a very different light.
