For over 50 years, we've developed our own unique Galpin training programs internally and they've worked very well for us. However, we have always been open to new ideas and continually search for better ways of doing things. The past year we decided to augment our training programs and brought on Dave Anderson to work with our managers. It was the right decision. Dave is superb!
